    • Question: Can I use this on trexx

      Answer: The mop can be used on any hard surface. The pads are soft microfibre. You can use any solution you prefer for the spray function so check what is advised for trexx flooring.
    • Question: is this mop safe on laminate flooring?

      Answer: Yes it is. I have laminate throughout my house. What I do is use Method Squirt and Mop hard floor cleaner. I squirt it on the floor in the amount I need to clean a small area, then use the Nellie's Wow Mop to scrub away! I like this way better than filling the Wow Mop, but you could put the cleaner in the mop instead. It makes my floors look new again--I just love it!! You can purchase more pads for the mop at Nellie's website.
    • Question: Can this be used on rubber flooring, like in a gym?

      Answer: Hi Jennifer! This can be used on rubber flooring - just double check the floor cleaner you're using is compatible with your floor or test in a small area and leave for 24 hours before doing the entire floor.

    Easy to use however, Nellie mop CS is TERRIBLE
    Purchased a like new wow mop for a pretty incredible price of 125. It arrived with all the pieces except the instruction manual which could easily be found online. Once plugged in and fully charged, I got a 60 minute run time. Instructions state that when all three lights on the base are illuminated, that indicates a full charge. I only received one light illuminated, however, did receive the full charge runtime. I contacted the Nellie mop company multiple times about this issue in different ways and never once received a response back. I would have to say the Nellie mop companies customer service is absolutely terrible. Giving that I only spent $125 for a $300 mop I’m quite all right with a minor defect that doesn’t affect the mops function.
