Question: I'm confused about the added greens. Why does the nutrition info list 0% Vit A & C, when the raw greens are LOADED with Vit A, Vit C, and Vit B6.?

Question: What does the natural flavor taste like? No flavor?
Answer: not sure what you mean by natural flavor but the chocolate flavor tastes nice, you can tell that it uses more natural ingredients but the Stevia is a flavor that is pretty powerful in it. It is a natural sweetener from a leaf but they use quite a bit of it in their proteins. I mix mine wither in oatmeal or a smoothie to lesson the sweetness! The vanilla is good but the chocolate is the best. -
Question: It says "non dairy" yet some of the labeling in the photos says "dairy" - and no, not "manufactured in..."?
Answer: I am looking at my tub of VEGA Protein and Greens. I don't see "non-dairy" anywhere on the packaging. But I don't see any dairy in the listed ingredients either. I have a dairy allergy and this product doesn't seem to bother me at all and I love the taste! You might call the manufacturer and have them give you the correct answer, especially if there are allergies involved. -
Question: Why is the flavor given as plain unsweetened when stevia is in the ingredients and the 'about this item' says "sweetened with stevia"?
Answer: The title of this item is Vega Protein & Greens Plain Unflavored (not plain unsweetened). The flavor name on the product page is listed wrong, we'll get that part fixed as soon as possible. Apologies for any confusion! -
Question: Has anyone tried the Proteins & Greens vs the regular Protein Smoothie in Chocolate? Curious if the higher protein variation tastes/mixes differently
Answer: I've tried vanilla vs the chocolate and it completely changes how you make it and mix it. I had the vanilla and got used to adding fresh spinach and fruits / frozen blueberries or mango and it was amazing! When I got chocolate, those same things tasted so different I started making them a bit different. I'm getting vanilla again. I will add the difference is the flavor...didn't notice a difference in reference to protein differences. -
Question: 40% of iron in one scoop is how many grams? A senior should not have more than 8 gr of iron a day. I think 40% is too much iron for someone over 50.
