    I didn't know I needed this stuff until I started using it daily.
    As a woman with minor symptoms of menopause this hydration supplement has made a huge difference. When I use this consistently, the frequency of my headaches and night sweats drops. Totally worth the investment because it's made with real sugar, so no weird, chemically aftertaste, it's not super sweet, and it actually tastes good. I knew if it didn't I wouldn't consistently drink it. Highly recommend all of the Skratch hydration products to replace the fluids you lose when you perspire.

    Good taste and they work
    I carried these packets as rehydration salts on a multi-day, high altitude hike. I didn't use them until I was getting fatigue-related headaches after walking 5-8 miles. I added one of these packet each day to one of the 4-5 liters I was drinking. Headaches disappeared. I'm sure any rehydration salts would have done the trick. But these do taste good.

    Never going back to pedialyte
    Pedialyte seemed great for those monster hangovers in college, but it’s absolutely horrible for you. I’ve long been on the skratch train, and these wellness packets are a great addition to the hydration packets in our household. Being hit by all sorts of viruses, these got me through them all and kept me well hydrated. I’ve also used them when I’ve given birth to my kiddos! Also, if you don’t already know, they taste delicious.
