Question: Does it come in extra large
Answer: I am sorry it only comes in large but they run big so if you are on the edge of the recommended weight range for a size go with the smaller size. Hope that helps. -

Question: Could you give me the measurements?
Answer: I no longer have this item and I can't give you the measurements. What I can tell you is that I used it to lift my husband who was 6'2" and weighed over 200 lbs. If the size does not work, you can adjust it by using a different loop on the lift.
