Question: Anyone have an issue with a high pitch sound that started a few days of use ?
Answer: I have purchased 3 of these. And none of them work anymore. I have sent them back to be fixed because of the terrible sound but when I got it back, it worked for a week and then the sound started again and it smelled strange. One of them stopped working entirely- the buttons won’t even work. The scents are fabulous but the diffuser is simply not good. -
Question: Does it come with the scented bottle?
Answer: Scents are separate. We’ve tried about 14 so far, and only REALLY like about 3 of the 14. My favorite is bourbon vanilla...cucumber guava is another good one. Make sure to go to their website and pick 7 “freebie” scent sticks of all the ones you like. Happy scenting! It’s a great little machine! We’ve got ours set in the living area on 1, and you can only really smell it when you’re in the room, which is perfect. You could crank it to 10 and smell it on the whole downstairs floor, but you’ll plow through bottles.... -

Answer: No.. also the oil scent doesn't last long ... I sent the item back .. not worth the money. -

Answer: Yes, I have only used oils from other brands. Works well! -
Question: how do i try the fragrances before buying it?
Answer: you buy the fragrances separate from the diffusor, therefore you can buy a small bottle of the fragrances you are interested and see if you like the smell before buying the diffuser. The diffuser is very useful if you wish to have the scent over a large area, and it is programable to infuse the scent at the times you want. -
Question: Does the unit turn on at the set intensity after a power-outage?
Answer: Mine didn’t have a problem. Mine is controlled y my app so guessing it is cloud based. But yet I cut the power to install a plug. Turned on the power and it was fin
