    Would definitely recommend these help my boys sleep great at night. They wake up feeling better as well

    Didn’t do anything for my 3 year old
    Had no effect on my three year old

    So far it works great
    I have 2.5 year old twins and every night they are more hyper. My son most likely have ADHD but I gave both 2 pills each for two nights and it has worked. I may drop down to one pill each and see how that goes. This pill has calmed my son down and help him sleep right away. I also notice he doesn’t have nightmares like he did with the spray melatonin . It takes less then 10 minutes for my son to fall asleep it also help him stay laying down rather then his usual standing up in his crib and trying to climb out. My daughter would toss and turn but since taking the pills she has been able to have a better sleep. I recommend trying.
