Question: How do you prevent these from leaving melted plastic pod residue on your clothes? It's an ongoing problem.
Answer: We never want you to worry about POD™ residue, so we're sorry to hear this. Please try these tips and give us a call at (800) 879-8433 to let us know how they work for you. -make sure to place the POD™ in the machine before the items -make sure that you’re not overloading the washer, this allows room for both the POD™ and items to move and the detergent to dissolve -too many absorbent items could soak up too much water and leave the POD™ without the amount needed to dissolve correctly -try to avoid delicate and quick cycles as these use less water The Tide Team -
Question: Is this good for strong pee odor of dogs
Answer: We'd recommend out Tide Heavy Duty or the Odor Defense for strong set in smells. -The Tide Team -
Question: Do these have bleach in them? Are they safe for colored clothes?
Answer: They don't have chlorine bleach. They are safe for colors. They work well. -
Question: How many pods are in package?
Answer: Package says 43 count. That seems about right. -
Question: How long can this product be used?
Answer: I use this product daily to wash. I have not encountered any concerns/ problem and will continue to use. -
Question: Is this safe for septic tanks?
Answer: According to the Tide website “Our laundry products have been thoroughly evaluated and are safe to use in homes with septic tanks. Using normal, recommended amounts of these products will not disturb the septic system (including aerated systems) or damage plumbing systems with a properly functioning septic tank.” -
Question: How to use this product?
Answer: Use it as the direction say. But it safe for all types of clothing. And it is a very good product. So don’t worry about fading because it won’t. -
Question: How big of a load does each pod is good for?
Answer: I use one pod for a small load and two pods for a large load. Hope that helps. -
Question: Do these go in the liquid detergent recepticle?
Answer: No you throw them in on the clothes. It's pods. -
Question: If I use this product after the expiration date, will there be any effect?
Answer: I didn't even know they had experiation dates, but I doubt it.
