Question: Can this work for 180 degree turns? Or would the first chair get in the way?
Answer: yes it would turn the 180 degrees but the chair would get in the way. I use it to turn my wife 90 degr -

The assembly steps include mounting the leg support, mounting the pole to the main plate, and mounting the handle. Question: Is this returnable ?
Answer: This Etac is returnable for repair. I have not had to use this service though. We have been using Etac for three years and without it he would be in a nursing home. -

Question: can you move the seats to lower the pants or depends of the patient to lower them onto the commode?
Answer: The Etac Turner Pro, Transfer Aid is a sit-to-stand turning aid and does not have a seat, however, the angled leg supports have soft pads that can be adjusted to the height that is comfortable for the user. Question: Is it returnable?
Answer: It must be in the original box when returning it. I don't know anything about their return policy. -
Question: Will this work if the patient is not strong enuf to pull themselves up?
Answer: The Etac was good for us to use because the patient was able to pull his self up and stand while being turned. If the patient is not able to pull up and stand I would not recommend it. -
Question: How can a caregiver use a gate belt while standing on the other side of the Transfer Aid?
Answer: We never used the gate belt. We have used this Etac for years now and it works so well that we don't use a belt with it. My mom passed away last January and I have one for sale Cheap
