Answer: It is for one, we had to buy 2 of them. -
Question: Are they helpful with stiff legs?
Answer: These straps should work well with any kind of leg as long as they are not very sensitive, say with neuropathy for instance. The real concern, does the person using them have the arm and upper body strength to lift their own leg? If they have the strength, I recommend you give these straps a try if they seem appropriate for your particular situation.
