    Silymarin is a milk thistle extract that nutritionally supports liver function. This highly active botanical may protect the liver from free radical damage, supports glutathione concentrations and promotes superoxide dismutase activity.       Answer: Any product containing ingredients derived from allergens, such as soy, dairy or shellfish is clearly labeled. The Pure Encapsulations - Silymarin 250 mg is made with hypoallergenic, vegetarian, vegan ingredients and does not contain soy.

      Answer: Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) extract is the only ingredient in this product. Milk thistle extract is derived from the fruit of Silybum marianum and standardized to contain 80% silymarin.

    PURE ENCAPSULATIONS is hands down the best brand one can buy. I have been with them for 15plus years now, and they never disappoint. Their Milk Thistle has kept my liver healthy.

    These will work for sure
    I bought these for my mother who had red itchy patches on legs and arms. This cleared her skin up 100%. I take these myself and all the white sun spots are gone. I highly recommend.

    They work - ALT Values went down
    I started taking these twice a day and drank Tulsi Detox Tea. My ALT values went from an 88 to a 47 in a week. I can' post a follow up in about a month from now when I get tested again.

    Definitely works for me - No more pain!
    For the past 15 years, I have had pain in the liver/gallbladder area. I've done cleanses and flushes, but to no end, the pain persisted, most especially when I ate fatty foods, like almond butter. I really limit what I can eat because of this. Ultrasounds and doctors' exams showed nothing. I just started taking this Milk Thistle (Silymarin) about a month ago. I take one pill at night. Since I started taking the supplement I have had absolutely NO pain in that area! It's wild. I am so excited that something has actually worked. Update: I got through the holidays and New Year without a hitch. I ate foods that I haven't been able to eat in a long time (in moderation) and I had lots of fun holiday drinks without a next-day hangover or fogginess. I purchased this this Silymarin for most of my family and husband. It is amazing!

    Overpriced AND they can’t even edit their label before releasing?!
    I’ve always purchased this brand for any supplements whenever I need the absolute best quality and at any cost. But after taking these, I thought hmmm why the hell are these so expensive?? They’re not organic and they can’t even spot a typo on their label before releasing their product?
