Answer: The Supplement Facts printed on the label of the product indicate that there is 300 mg of Omega-3 per serving; which according to usage is 2 soft gels daily. (This has been further broken down to DHA 150 mg and EPA 150 mg.) Ingredients listed are: Fish Oil, Gelatin, Glycerin, Sunflower Oil, Yellow Bees Wax, Carob. I have found this to be an excellent vegan source of essential vitamins for my eye health. -
