    I have not had a really bad cold since I started taking this along with my vitamin C!!!

    So very helpful
    I was having extreme allergies. The first few days I started taking this my allergies went down by 90 percent. I take one daily for the last 2 years. If I get a cold or allergies flare up I take 2 a day. I'm a real person and I recommend to everyone.
