Answer: One ordered in April'22 was great. Ordered a 2nd one in Aug '22 for sun porch to find it way less quality! Handle wouldn't snap into dustpan to stand alone. Same seller, different manufacturer. Had to return. I just now see your question posted four yrs ago. Maybe it will help someone now. -

Answer: I like it. It's nice when you have hair on your broom and have the comb to help it fall off. Easy to put together and take apart. -
Question: Does the broom handle extend? does the broom could clip to the dustpan which showed on photos?
Answer: No, The handle is not extendable. It is already 40.5" tall. But if you still feel it is not tall enough ,contact us to get the extension pole separately. Broom can clip on the dustpan easily. very sturdy and durable broom set -

Answer: Must be a mistake on the person who packaged the product. My broom and dustpan did come with the extension. Contact the seller. I am sure you have this taken care of by know. -

Answer: Both the broom and dustpan come apart in sections. A pretty simple bayonet like connection. Thereafter pieces are about 16" each. Whole thing weighs less than two pounds. -
