    • Question: I'm concerned about the fact the box, and more importantly the tube has no safty seal when opening; it this normal for this product?

      Answer: We understand your concern. Please know that the Recticare products are not manufactured with an inner seal under the cap. The type of child safety cap required hinders the application of a seal under the cap.
    • Question: No safety seal on tube I received. Is it supposed to have one?

      Answer: not sure, did mot have one on mine. Just a safety lid
    • Question: Has this shrinked your hemorrhoids?

      Answer: I have an external hemorrhoid and it does shrink a little bit—but the biggest benefit is it really helps control and stop the bleeding!!!
    • Question: How much of product is in the tube?

      Answer: There is a few ounces in the tube. Enough to get through the troubled time. If the tube does not help you know you need to see a doctor
    • Question: It seems expensive. How many applications in a tube?

      Answer: It is a tube of cream. It depends on how much you use, so not really applicable. It does work, but the problem I have with it is that it doesn't stay on long enough to do the job.
    • Question: What besides the pricees is the difference $33.00 and another of this brand $27.00 what is the difference in the product?

      Answer: This one has "0.25% phenylephrine HCl that help to provide fast relief from pain and discomfort." The other one doesnt.
    • Question: does it come with inserter piece

      Answer: I don't think it has an inserted piece. You can buy finger cots, a latex finger piece at drug stores. They come in a box containing several cots. Of course, a latex glove can be used also. What I can say is that this is the best product on the market. Well worth the price.

      Answer: He gets immediate relief from pain

    Expensive but not willing to try a different product.
    It's great for It's purpose but it also works great for higher up...😁 after washing face I put it on all wrinkles on face & neck. I'm 65 & like my husband told me tonight (date night) I look 10 yrs younger & has no idea why. Lol I only use it when going out & wanting to look my best. Rub in good. Then put on my liquid coverage make up & the rest of It & it really helps & is so worth it. 🤗 🤫
