      Answer: Depending on your level of pain I would recommend taking a higher dose like 4-6 pills per day and then gradually decreasing to the recommended dose. Overall I would say u will feel some relief within the first couple of day

    Hoping for relief

    Chronic joint pain relief supplement.
    I take this product, along with some other supplements, for joint pain relief (knees, ankles, hips). It did what PT, meloxicam, tramadol, cortisone, vicodin, braces, wraps, boots, surgery, topical ointments...etc. could not do. I am able to stay on my feet at work all night long. I am NOT pain-free, but the difference is amazing. I am no longer taking prescription pain meds or anything stronger than Tylenol or Advil occasionally. I have to be careful not to overdo it now as my limp is virtually gone. I don't know if it's one supplement or the combination, but I don't intend to stop taking them. I still experience stiffness after sitting or resting but once I get up and moving, it's so much easier. My doctor is amazed at the improvement. (Talk with your Doctor first, as I did.)

    they work for me
    as I was finishing my last bottle, I noticed that a few capsules had nothing in them, hope that doesn't happen again, as far as these turmeric working I have no complaints, I will continue buying them. thanks ron

    high curcumin .....
    i found many other lines that had low curcumin amount and mostly tumeric.... i found this line of high curcumin to have significantly higher health effect.....

    Very high level of circumins.
    This has a very high level of.circumins compared to tumeric. It's the circumins that are beneficial, not so.much.the turmeric.

    Turmeric capsules r to big and Yellow comes off on ur hands.
    These turmeric capsules r too large and all the Yellow comes off onto your hands. You then touch your clothes and there it is..YELLOW...I'm really sorry because this product sounds like it has alot of good vitamins, ect. in it but unfortunately I will not use it again.
