Question: Is this cleaner safe for china with a gold trim and silverware? I'm tired of using them for holidays only. I want to enjoy them everyday.
Answer: No. Gold trim in general is not dishwasher safe, no matter what dishwasher products are used. -
Question: Do I need to add any other cleaning stuff besides this?
Answer: No these do it all. They do a great job. Dishes came out very clean. -
Question: Is this Fragrance Free?

Question: Does it matter which side goes up or down when placing it in the diswasher?

Question: Are these powder or gel?
Answer: They are gel in two different pouches and the red thing is soft but i don't know if its powder or gel. -
Question: Does the outer layer dissolve entirely after 1 wash run? Does it need warm water for that?
Answer: I'm not sure. I use one package for each wash load and there is no package residue left, so I am assuming that it is dissolved. Also, if the dishwasher has a warm water setting, the package should dissolve . -

Question: powerballs are stuck together when I open a new bag. What can be done?

Question: What scent is this, lemon, orange, or what?
Answer: Finish Quantum is available in the following variants: Fresh Scent, Lemon Scent, and Baking Soda. This product is the Finish Quantum Baking Soda. -
Question: How to use in your dish washer
Answer: Check your dishwater manual first to identify detergent dispenser. The little Quantum packet should be inserted unopened in the designated slot. My Kenmore Elite dishwasher has a small compartment, with a sliding cover that I must slide close once the packet is inserted. The compartment is located on the inside of the dishwasher door.
