Answer: YES--SCREWS ON LIKE AN IV CATH TIP; IT'S LUER LOCK. -
Question: Is this compatible with Bocoolife earwax removal system? Looks like it is but can’t tell?
Answer: I’m not sure. I have never used that ear wash system. -
Question: Do these fit on any ear washer brand?
Answer: I was not satisfied with the knockoff tubes. Both the long tube and the base kept falling off during use... It's possible that was a defective run and future ones will fit more tightly. -

Question: Do these work with the Hear Max ear washer system?
Answer: I don’t know. I bought them to use with my unit which is a Doctor Easy Wax-Rx brand. These tips work perfectly with my device.
