Question: What’s the ratio of each ingredient?
Answer: Hi! We use pure essential oils (palo santo and sage) that are very strong and a good quantity to ensure the product is effective. It's mostly palo santo oil with a bit of sage for balance. The other ingredients are water and witch hazel. We can't give exact ratios as this is a proprietary formula. I hope that helps and let us know if you have any more questions. - JUNIPERMIST -
Question: Can I transfer the spray into smaller glass spray bottles?
Answer: Yes you can do this. We recommend always shaking the bottle before transfer to ensure you get an equal distribution of essential oil. Chris JUNIPERMIST -
Question: My bottle is 3 years old. Does it have an expiration?
Answer: Hi There! There is not a set expiration date but we do recommend using within one year or so. The essential oils in the bottle can be affected by heat, moisture, light etc. so it all depends on how it's used and stored. We recommend spraying a little bit and seeing if it smells off. You might want to treat yourself to a new bottle though if it's 3 years old! : ) -
Question: Is this a plastic or glass bottle?
Answer: Hi There - this product is bottled in a hard plastic bottle. It's fully recyclable and reusable. We chose plastic instead of glass because it requires about 1/3 the packing material (peanuts, bubble wrap, etc.) to get the products to us and then to the customer. Therefore plastic appeared to the most environmentally sound choice, which is something we always consider when producing our products. Chris JUNIPERMIST -
Question: How far will this spray go? I live in a 700 sqf apartment... I'm worried it's only going to last for one or two cleansings. Thank you!
Answer: Hi There! Thanks for reaching out. One bottle of spray will cleanse a 700 sq. foot apartment many times if you use it sparingly. It is the energetic quality of the spray that does all the work so a little bit goes a long way! Just a few spritz in each area is all you need. Remember to set your intention of what you want to release and what you want to call in. Question: I wonder if the smell is too strong I’m taking one to work?
Answer: It's not too strong, it wears off after a while. I love the way this spray smells. It's very much like the wood but without the smoke. Plus the benefits are the same. -
Question: How can I make the scent linger or “stick” longer?
Answer: The scent itself lingers for a long time. It's faint but definitely lingers all day. So I don't think you need some special way to make it last long. I spray it all over my house in the morning, just several pumps per room, and I can smell it every time I enter my house throughout the day. -
Question: Has the packaging changed as of 2021? I saw multiple reviews of customers who had issues with their spray arriving with leaks etc.
Answer: I have never had one arrive that leaked, but the little sprayer quits working after very little use. They give you 2 of them and will send you more if you really need them. They are super nice folks to work with and the product smells really great. I love it and so does my wife. Every body that smells it loves it. I actually transfer their product into a pair of smaller cobalt blue spray bottles that I had from another automotive fragrance. Those work out perfectly. Then I just store the balance at home in the big bottle. I hope this works for you. -
