      Answer: According to the label it’s cyanoconalim. I can say it has raised my B12 levels in blood tests. Actually raised it too high, had to cut back to 1 a day.

    Great Taste and Quality

    Great vitamins
    Great vitamins, they provide inmediate energy. They are great for on the go when I am rushing out in the morning because they are gummies and I dont have to get water to swallow them.
