    • Question: Does it work with telecoil hearing aids? I don't have bluetooth hearing aids to connect to it.

      Answer: Yes, the ClearSounds CSQTPRO Quattro Pro Portable Assistive Listening System works is only compatible with hearing aids that are equipped with t-coils.
    • Question: Will it work with tv

      Answer: Only if your tv is setup with a Bluetooth transmitter. If you have the microphone you can set it by the TV speaker. If the TV has a microphone jack, you can plug in a Bluetooth transmitter (purchase separately} there and pair it with the ClearSounds Quattro Pro. Hope that helps :)
    • Question: How long can a person stream from their phone before they have to recharge?

      Answer: This was a gift for my husband and he said it has never run out on him during the day. He plugs it in to charge every night. Not sure if left uncharged how long it would last?
    • Question: Can you hear yv sound with clearsounds quattro pro portable bluetooth listening system and amplifier without the earbuds?

      Answer: If you have hearing aids equipped with a Telecoil, which can be turned on manually, you'll be able to hear the sound being received by your Quattro PRO directly to your hearing aids.
    • Question: Can you pair this device to listen through Apple wireless earbuds (instead of the corded headset)?

      Answer: This device replaces your earbuds. Mine are paired to my iPhone.
    • Question: Does this work with Widex hearing aids?

      Answer: If your Widex hearing aids have t-coil then yes, you can use the ClearSounds Quattro Pro. The Quattro Pro works with with T-Coil hearing aids or cochlear implants only.

    Great product for telecoil enabled hearing aids
    I've been using the Quattro Pro for a few months now. I really like it. It's replaced my other more budget-priced neckloop. It works well enough for connecting to my phones' bluetooth. The audio quality is excellent and the battery life is very decent. I use my Quattro Pro all the time when exercising and the button-slide thing that allows for the sizing of the neckloop is very much appreciated as I can tighten it close to my neck to stop it from flapping up and down. Very nice touch. My one concern is if the battery life after a year or two will be any good. The battery is built-in and non-replaceable as far as I know. Other than that, the device is worth it so far, even at the high price point. 5/21/2022 update: the battery life is about 1 hour now. Also the last 20 or 30 minutes are punctuated by a audible warning of "Battery low!" which is frustrating as it overrides the audio of what I'm listening to. I wouldn't buy this again at the price it sells for unless the battery becomes interchangeable. Dropped a couple of stars due to the price and battery longevity.

    Pretty useful
    Pretty useful, easy to use. I wear it everyday for hours and hours. I would like to see these sold individually. Instead, I have to purchase some useless accessories like the separable microphone. The mic on the device is pretty non-discriminatory, meaning it picks up lots of extraneous noise. I am also frustrated that the battery meter is not especially accurate

    The 30db amplification is essential for people with hearing loss.
    I use this Bluetooth receiver for TV listening. Also has a remote mic and phone call function with neck loop for compatible hearing aids. Cons: Expensive, control buttons small and confusing, rechargeable battery is not replaceable (this is my second device the battery on the first one lasted about 3 years).
