Question: Main differences between this product and rsp whey?
Answer: If you take a look at the ingredients list on both they meet very different needs. Truefit is a meal replacement shake and rsp whey is a protein and bcaa supplement. Both taste great! -
Question: Is the vitamin, mineral, fiber, or probiotic content different between the grass fed and lean? The nutrition facts are way different so I’m concerned?
Answer: Hello! Great question! The probiotic and prebiotic fiber content is the same, but there are some differences in the vitamin and mineral content in grass-fed vs. original TrueFit. In the original version, we used added vitamins and minerals to the fruit and veggie blend that delivered higher daily dosages that you see in the micronutrient section. To create a natural product from real foods, we removed that added blend from the grass-fed version. The remaining vitamins and minerals that you see on the label come from the food ingredients, such as the fruits and veggies and grass-fed whey. Hope this helps! -

Question: How much caffeine is in this product?
Answer: I don't see any in this product, but it has good protein and greens, along with a good taste. It mixes well, and is low sugar, so it gets a thumbs up from me. -
Question: Has anyone mixed this ahead of time? Id like to made 2 shkes just one day ahead to take on a short trip in a cooler....thought?
Answer: I have mixed prior to drinking using almond milk. It seemed to be foamy an hour after mixing. -
