    • Question: How bog is the scoop supposed to be? Mine didnt come with one.

      Answer: 1 scoop is about 42g. This info can be found on the nutrition label. So, if you have a kitchen scale you are good.

      Answer: There are only 3 grams of sugar per serving size which is 1 rounded scoop.

    The only protein I can drink!
    I’ve tried several brands. Mostly organic and minimally processed, pea protein ect. They either taste awful or give me serious stomach issues. I try to hit 100g/protein minimum per day and constantly have a hard time. The protein powders that taste good have a ton of calories. This actually tastes like Oreos and it hits my sugar cravings too! Even though it is highly processed, I think it’s worth it to prevent me from binge eating sweets and getting my protein up. Will continue to use.

    This stuff is amazing. It has a bit of sugar in it but it’s a small amount and totally worth it!

    Very flavorful… but way to expensive
    I am a sophomore in high school and I am decently overweight, so I am on a diet and wanted to use protein powder to try to build muscle and lose fat. I looked at this protein powder and tried it out. It has lasted me exactly 26 days (because there is 26 servings) and it tastes amazing. Way too expensive to be bought every month though.

    Not great. Very gritty
    I have tried all the other ghost protein powders and loved them all. They all taste good and dissolve in my drink. This one was disappointing. Very gritty and the taste was weird. Maybe because it's gluten free. Idk. I won't buy this flavor again.

    So Delicious
    I normally don't write reviews unless it's about bidets but I'm really loving this flavor by GHOST. It really does taste like nutter butter so it gives you the nostalgia of eating them as a child. You get you protein and take a stroll down memory lane at the same time. Will continue to purchase this until something better comes out.

    Love the taste
    This taste amazing. It even taste amazing if you mix it with water instead of milk.
