    • Question: Up To 4X? does this mean it may not be 4X power?

      Answer: I bought this magnifying glass because I use to repair all types of clocks and watches. Age and failing sight stop me from being able to do that anymore. So I took a chance on these. I am happy to say I am back to fixing clocks!!! Inside the glass on the bottom is another magnifying glass. I love this product!!! Only problem is that it is not hands free, meaning it doesn’t stand on its own. But I used 2 soda cans when I need both hands! Very pleased! Fixing jewelry not too!

    • Question: where can I get just the 4 inch glass part for a stand alone frame?

      Answer: I don't know the answer but suggest research the internet.
    • Question: Are the lights replaceable? After 18 months, mine has gone dim. Love this, but do I need to order a new one?

      Answer: When mine went dim I put in new batteries!!! Never tried to take it apart..

      Answer: This is a 4x magnifying glass magnifies up to 400%, the additional smaller lens located on the handle magnifies up to 25x for details, two lenses have different focal length, the 4x lens has longer focal length than 25x lens, try to adjust distance for the optimal magnifying result.
    • Question: Picture shows 3 leds. Description says 4. Which is it?

      Answer: There are 4 LEDs total, 3 LEDs located right under the bigger 4x lens, one led located on top of smaller 25x lens.
    • Question: Is this magnifier made in the US or China?

      Answer: I'm sure that it was on the box that it came on, but there is nothing on the magnifier that identifies the country of origin. Incidentally, I really like it.
    • Question: Where is this manufactured?

      Answer: I can’t find any exterior marking, but imagine it’s made in China
    • Question: Please explain "25x zoom lens". is it 4x or 25x magnification?

      Answer: This led magnifying glass is equipped with 2 lenses, the bigger lens magnifies up to 4x(400%), and the smaller lens located on the handle magnifies up to 25X(2500%).

    Definitely, gets the job done.
    I like using this product to examine and admire some of the coinage that I have not that I have that much, but and also for some light reading from time to time when the writing seems kind of small, this magnifying glass works quite well and the light is fairly bright for its size. It definitely gets the job done so I will definitely give it five stars so don’t hesitate to pull the trigger.

    This is great for the visually impaired & it has led light to enhance what you are trying to see! Very nice!
