Question: Has the peppermint oil been tested by a third party? I want to be 100% sure before I buy.
Answer: It’s not peppermint. I know the label says “Peppermint” oil, 100% pure etc. but the ingredient listed on the label says it’s Mentha Arvensis. That’s field mint (also called cornmint , wild mint, or menthol mint). It’s not the same thing as Mentha Piperita (peppermint) and it definitely doesn’t smell the same but it’s cheap and if you want to use it for something like pest repellent, it’s great. If you want actual peppermint oil or something that smells just like peppermint, this is not it. -

Question: Does this repel bugs/roaches? I read to put some on the cardboard shoeboxes before storing. I like to keep my original boxes.
Answer: I don't know about roaches, however stink bugs, hornets, and spiders don't seem to like it much. I bought for stink bugs and hornets. I put one part of peppermint oil to 4 parts water and spray. Truly, it is effective and strong. -
Question: is there an advantage to higher menthol content for keeping away mice etc?
Answer: Mint aroma has been used to keep rodents away but I haven't had great results when I tried using it the same way. However rodents are ruled by their sense of smell so, the stronger the mint smell, the more likely they'll stay away. It's just that mint evaporates too quickly. -
Question: If it's 100% pure peppermint oil, why does it say "not for internal use"? why is it not safe?
Answer: Because essential oils are NEVER safe to consume and ONLY safe on the skin if mixed with a carrier oil, no matter the producer. This is because they're made with alcohol to pull the oils from whatever plant they're extracting from. I am typically more wary of essential oils claiming they ARE safe to consume, as usually they are not essential oils or they are still dangerous. Hope this helps, stay safe yall! -

Answer: I don't know and don't know of anyone with frozen shoulder to try it. -
Question: Mentha Piperita is actual Peppermint, Cornmint may smell like peppermint but it isn't peppermint, why the deception?
Answer: This could explain why I didn't like the product. It smelled find when in the bottle but when I used the defuser it smelled strang -
Question: Will this kill bed bugs? I know nasty right? I was told it would repel and kill if you spray around to repel and on contact to kill.
Answer: Of all the research I’ve done on essential oil’s, peppermint oil is to treat bed bug bites.. Citronella Oil and Clove Oil is what research has stated would kill the bed bugs… I’m in no way an expert In Essential oils I’m just putting out there what I’ve found in my research… -
Question: I see some different smell other than peppermint can anyone explain can I return the product
Answer: It’s not peppermint (mentha piperita). It smells like field mint/menthol mint (mentha arvensis) because according to the ingredient list in the bottom corner of the label, that’s what this is. -
Question: I used to feed squirrels but anymore they keep coming around thinking they're going to get food will this help keep squirrels away?
