    • Question: box shows meter code calibration code. my meter has no way to calibrate for different batches of test strips?

      Answer: Dear Don Thanks for your message. The code calibration from the test strips is 49. From your glucose meter comes as a default the code 25 also noticed the arrows up and down. Using those arrows set the meter in 49. This process has to be done 1 time only and the meter is set to use the test strips.     • Question: How to use 49?

      Answer: 49 is the code that you use for your meter to accept the strips,once you put the strip in your meter you use the arrows to find the right numbers which is 49.

      Answer: Hi thanks for your message. They are not.
    • Question: Is it possible to get find out when your meter was made without the box?

      Answer: Check the back of the meter. If no date there cant help.you. mine has a date.
    • Question: Why true point generic test strips is not hsa or fsa eligible?

      Answer: Unable to understand the question. I purchase these strips since BCBS will not cover my strips. These strips are affordable and do the job.
    • Question: How do i get a refund? they do not work in an ultra mini as stated. i tried with two different ultra minis. does not work!!!

      Answer: Ultra mini and ultra touch 2 diff siz
    • Question: Are these for use only with meters purchased before April 2016 like it says on the boxes in the pictures?

      Answer: The test strips can be use with your current meter. For example if you have a meter purchased in 2018; it will work without any issues. One of the main reason the box says "before 2016" is due to what is called meter validation and/or studies before that time frame, in this case year 2016. Means prior 2016 they were studies year after year on meters manufactured. After 2016 the meters has not changed the brand, model, serial and overall equipment. From year 2016, 2017, etc the meters kept the same designed and their performed has been equivalently.
    • Question: What expiry dates are being shipped at this time please? (not answered for over a year, those answers are out of date)

      Answer: The date on my last bottle is 01/08/23. These have been excellent! I tested a strip from my more expensive ones and the results were the same. Very happy with this product!
    • Question: What is the expiration date for these test strips?
