    • Question: Can you buy refill packs

      Answer: You don't need refills. These are reusable. Only 2 pacs fit in the neoprene holder at a time. It comes with 4 gel pacs that can be refrigerated. So 2 packs are in the fridge while you're using 2 pacs on the face.
    • Question: Do the packs reach above the ears? i want relief from my jaw to above my ears for tmj

      Answer: Yes, that’s why I purchased the face ice pack. I suffer from TMJ, and the option of having the choice between heat/cold is great therapy.

      Answer: Not that I know of
    • Question: Do I need a microwave to heat this up?

    • Question: Do the gel packs extend to under the chin?

      Answer: No. The gel packs start from half way up my cheek to above my ears. I had gum surgery and this is useless.
    • Question: Does it have a lavender or other scent?

      Answer: No, it does not have a scent.

      Answer: Yes. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and used this for both cold and hot compresses and it was great. It was very comfortable and helped tremendously with reducing swelling.

    • Question: Is the wrap itself washable? What’s the best method to do so? Thanks!

      Answer: The best way to wash the product is to hand wash it in warm water with a drop or two of laundry soap in the water to remove any dirt or stains on the wrap, rinse in cold water and hang it up to air dry.

    I don’t know
    I wasn’t sure how to rate this, a two or a three. I don’t want to be too harsh, because it did help with pain. But…this thing is weird. I got it for wisdom teeth surgery. The ice packs are long and skinny, so when I put it on it not only soothed my jaw but also froze my ears. Really was no way around that. I wish it was wider and shorter, so it could reach my top and bottom wisdom tooth more easily without going up so high. Secondly, the chin strap needed to be thinner (front of chin to back of chin) and slightly widen the narrow bit (side of chin to other side of chin) so it’s not just this tiny dip. I couldn’t bring this thing back far enough under my chin without it strangling me, so I had to angle it at the tip of my chin and angle it towards the back of my head rather than the top. It was very unstable and not the right way to wear it, but it had to be done to make this produce effective. So would I recommend this product? I would not.

    I froze the gel pack for exactly 2 hours. One has a small leak. I am not sure if it is safe to use. I have three gel packs left. I will try freezing for less time to ensure the other two gel packs do not leak also. I will try to buy another product when I get more money.

    This is a great help for relieving TMJ pain
    This is a great product. Just microwave the gel patch and put it in the soft wrap. The heat lasts a ling time. Great for relief dental pain.

    Comfortable for sure
    I had Inspire surgery and used this after. It did what I needed it to do which was giving support on part of my jaw that had surgery.

    I bought it for my husband who has TMJ. He uses it and says it is easy to use. He is happy with it.

    A must have/ post facial surgery
    This has been my favorite go-to post mini facelift & necklift. It's able to provide (chin) support, pain & swelling relief... All -in- one. It's easy 2 use & comfortable I would highly recommend.
