Question: What is the trick? I have squeezed and twisted and nothing happens.
Answer: I put it on the floor and stamp on it lightly with my heel. This works 100% of the time and you are ready to go. I also spent too much time twisting and turning with no results. -
Question: I can't get it to activate. I have squeezed it together every which way, what am I doing wrong?
Answer: Where is the top clockwise in the bottom counter clockwise both in the middle of the bag at the same time and you should hear a pop. Shake the bag and all the ingredients should turn cold and you should be able to use it. -
Question: Can somebody tell me how this has a four star review? Every view I look at is one or two stars
Answer: Do not waste your money! I bought these for our youth football team for 10 year olds. They do not squeeze to ice cold. More like lukewarm/cold and 2 out of the pack didn't go to cold at all. -

Question: I live a rocky outdoor surrounded area. we hike a lot, andhave a nine yearold. perfect place to twist an ankle. R these up to the task4 outdoormedkit?
Answer: They're very portable but we had so much trouble "popping" them and they weren't really cold. Wouldn't recommend for an outdoor medbag, may not serve their purpose. -
Question: Can these be stored in a vehicle where they may get hot during the summer? Are there any warnings on the label about how to store them?
Answer: I keep them in my car even in the summer. Never had a problem. There is no warning against the heat, only against freezing them -
Question: is it possible for it to activate in a school/work bag?
Answer: If you press on the bag against your body or lay books on top it will purse beads inside which activates the cold. Lasts about 30 minutes of chill.
