Question: When using with a spray cleaner does the spray cleaner not shoot all over the place when using the scrubber connected to a drill?
Answer: I used all the different type brushes attached to my Ryobi cordless drill; I used them in the shower and also to get burnt-on stains on the bottom of a pan. The slower you start off the less the cleaner splatters, although at high- speeds the splatter is not bad at all. For the money, these brushes are well-worth-it and appear after several uses a good quality brush. -
Question: Can you clean these brushes in dishwasher? What is best way to get the grime off the brush itself?
Answer: After washing mine out really good in hot soapy water, I ran through the dishwasher (on top rack and did not use heat dry). So far, so good. -
Question: Can one of the brushes be used on a fiberglass shower stall without scratching and dulling the surface?
Answer: Idid use the "green" bruch on our 3- firberglass shower enclosers and didn't notice any scratching or dulling the surface. I tested the green brush on a section of the back bottom wall FIRST and proceeded from that point without any problems keeping the shower walls wet while using the brush. My showers are 10-15 years old and were somewhat dull to begin with, the clearner and brush seemed to improve the overall look to the shower walls. -
Question: Being battery charged how long does it last and charge back up?
Answer: Note that the drill is not included. And how long the battery lasts depends a lot on the type of drill and what type of batteries are used. Mine is a 18 V battery and I have several that I have charged and ready. My battery lasts about 15 minutes brushing heavy. -
Question: What is the best kind of soap to use with this for cleaning grout (ie. strong but not dangerous since this may sling it everywhere)?
Answer: Lowes stocks a grout cleaner that you could use with brush. -
Question: Would this work on a glass shower door without scratching it?
Answer: I'm not sure. The brushes are fairly stiff. I believe that they would be ok on glass but would probably scratch plastic. I have not tried on glass. -
Question: Witch color of brush would be best for automotive carpet?
Answer: I've used the green brush quite successfully. Used the lower of two drill speeds and didn't press too hard - let the brush do the work. -
Question: Is there a brush that would work to clean the exterior siding on a travel trailer?
Answer: I would go with the large white brush. -
Question: Is the product good to use and does not affect the user's health?
Answer: It is safe. If you use this to clean the tub don’t use it later in the kitchen. That’s why it is sold in colors. Use protection like glasses, mask, gloves if you are using cleaning products like clorox It worked for me using a drill driver (do not use impact drill, it will break the brush)
