Answer: Yes! I've been keeping two in the freezer. When I take one out to use, then I put the third one in to freeze. My family has been using them constantly. They are just so convenient to keep ready for usage! -
Question: what are the dimensions? description gives only for “ packaging” that’s not helpful. i wear 10 woman’s shoe, will it wrap around my foot/ankle.
Answer: I wear a woman's 8 so this wrap should fit you nicely. The wrap measures 10 inches at it's longest and 6 inches at the widest point. My ankle swells and is 11 1/2 inches around. One of the nicest features of this product is the bow shape, it nicely wraps around my foot/ankle and is held in place by the strap with a velcro end. -

Answer: I have two ankle wraps that I keep in the freezer. I use them regularly. I haven't had any problems with them. I use them on my wrists and ankles for carpal tunnel and edema. I will be ordering two more in the near future because other family members have caught on to how useful they are and keep borrowing mine! -

Answer: It’s thin, folds up small, and can definitely be packed in a carry-on. -
Question: Has anyone used this for planter fasciitis?
Answer: If Ice Therapy is a valid treatment for it, I would try it. (I haven't tried using it for Heat Therapy yet.) That is one foot ailment my family doesn't have. Incidentally, I just ordered another one today! They are just so convenient to use.
