Answer: I don't know about the corn but can't take it because contained yellow dye. I should return the product. -

Answer: I purchased mine on March 2, 2019. The bottom of my bottle had an expiration date of 6/2020. If stored under the best conditions it estimates a shelf life of about 14 months. -
