    • Question: Is the handle of the broom adjustable?

      Answer: not really. comes in three pieces.
    • Question: How tall is it, exactly? aside from being the "perfect hight" (height)

      Answer: Can be 4 feet if you wish.
    • Question: Why won’t my handles screw in..

      Answer: You might be using the wrong piece. This happened to me until I realized a different piece fit perfectly.
    • Question: Does the dustpan do a good job at cleaning up all debris?

      Answer: I use it all the time. It does a good job and it is very convenient to grab broom and dustpan at the same time!
    • Question: Are bristles soft or stiff?

      Answer: Soft and picks up everything. I ordered 1 more for my friends. I am 72 and believe me i wish I had this a long time ago.
    • Question: how thick is it ?

      Answer: It’s a terrible set. We threw it out. The broom has synthetic bristles which doesn’t pick up a lot. And, the lip on the bottom of the dustpan is kind of thick, so many things don’t get swept into the dustpan. Look for something else is my advice.
    • Question: When hanging up for storage does the bin pivot down so it’s flush with the handle

      Answer: The broom nests into the flipped bin so it is flush. However the same mechanism that allows that to happen also causes the bin handle to flip down and up end the bin if it’s not being held when sweeping. I recommend looking for a sturdier set, which I will be doing!
    • Question: Where is this set manufactured?

      Answer: Not sure. but don’t buy it! It’s awful.. most everything you sweep Doesn’t drag with the broom. Also, the broom stick won’t stay screwed on.

      Answer: 10 inch

    Convenient
    I’m elderly and it hurts my back to do any heavy sweeping. This works great for me. I keep it by my chair when I am preparing meals, snacks, etc. and am able to keep my area clean with little to no effort. It’s light weight enough but also sturdy.

    Great for small house and quick cleaning
    This broom and dustpan set is useful for my small place. The broom clips into the dustpan for easy storage and the dustpan is nice and big. I'm 5'9 and the broom stick is a little short for my liking, but nothing unmanageable. The poles do seem to looses as I'm sweeping, which causes me to have to pause to tighten it again. My only real gripe with this broom set is that the brooms bristles are very soft. I like a firmer bristle.

    Nice broom
    Nice broom and dust pan but it unscrewed once you hold it. You have to screw it in (tighten it ) each time use it
