Question: Can these be used on my body to keep my cool in high summer heat?
Answer: i think it does provide a temporary cooling for your head or neck , but dont think it would be for an entire body cooling - will probably provide some relief from heat but there is probably better way -

Answer: No smell at all. It’s just a gel patch- I always keep them in the fridge, that way when I need one- it’s really cold and lasts longer. -

Question: Is be cool for headaches cool or hot?
Answer: They are a cool gel patch. -
Question: What are the dimensions of each patch? The description says 6 X 4 which can’t be right.
Answer: My package says 5 1/8 x 2 which is correct. -
Question: How long do they stay on for?
Answer: It varies. I’ve worn one up to 6-7 hours and other times 2-3. When my forehead is warmer, the coolness doesn’t last as long. They definitely help me. Hope this helps. -
Question: Do these have an expiration date?
Answer: Yes they do but they still work even after expiration date. The ones I bought a couple of months ago have a may 2021 date.
