Question: Is it a set of 2 pads in every pack?
Answer: Yes - I love my Nellie's Wow Mop. It's probably one of the best purchases I've ever made. -
Question: Attached with Velcro?
Answer: Yes, it’s s very strong Velcro on the bottom of the unit. You simply lay the pads side by side and set the mop on top of the pads. Then you’re ready to go. I love my mop for tile and wood. I do not use the solution that comes with the mop on the wood though. -
Question: This wow wet floor pad has a rough stripe area all across it. Should I be using on my solid oak hardwood floors? Maybe they’re not made for wood ? .
Answer: Nellie's wet floor pads can be used on any hard surface with a solution approved for that specific floor type. The pads are microfiber and gently clean the surface. Unless the wood manufacture has advised against mopping, it is safe for wood floors. -

Question: Does this mop leave hardwood floors streaked? Every mop I've used has left my wood floors streaked.
Answer: I have been using it on my engineered wood floors and do not find that it streaks. Sometime I can see where I stopped and started but it might also depend on how much spray is on the mop heads. I love my Nellie moo in both my wood and tile.
