    • Question: can i use these over orthotic inserts?

      Answer: They are very thin and move quite a bit, I don’t think they would work over orthotics.
    • Question: Are these memory foam?

      Answer: No. Not memory foam.
    • Question: Are these adhesive on the bottom?

      Answer: No there is no adhesive on the bottoms. Very thin I just use these for extra comfort in flat bottom shoes converse vans etc
    • Question: Do the sof sole charcoal deodorizing insoles provide cushioning?

      Answer: Not really, as they are slightly less than 1/4-inch thick. Thus, they do not greatly affect the fit of the shoe (i.e., tightness).
    • Question: Will the width across the forefoot (ball to little toe) be wide enough for a pair of Merrills or Keens?

      Answer: For Women’s shoes, they definitely will.

    Great insoles!
    These insoles are incredibly comfortable and provide excellent support. My feet no longer feel tired after a long day of walking.

    These deodorizing shoe inserts are amazing. They not only provide cushioning and support but also keep my shoes smelling fresh all day.

    Improved comfort
    Since using these insoles, my foot pain has significantly reduced. They provide excellent arch support and make walking much more comfortable.
