    • Question: How often must you check the Dario meter for accuracy?

      Answer: Not very often. I started out checking mine a lot. After not seeing a lot of change I hardly check mine.
    • Question: When i use these solutions in a dario meter with dario test strips, what readings are expected? the dog ate my booklet.

      Answer: Video could not be loaded
    • Question: do any lancets work with the Dario meter or do they have to be Dario brand?

      Answer: Any Lance's will work. Strips are dario specific.
    • Question: I would like to know will this meter tell me when my blood high or low

      Answer: It does far more than just tell you what your blood sugar levels are. When you hook it up to the App it will tell you everything. Especially if you include all your meals, exercise and insulin (if on it).
    • Question: How long is the solution viable after opening? If I purchase one bottle and want to test the strips over several months, will the solution still work?

      Answer: Normally all glucose controls have an expiration date. Check it and also check on storiation requirements. It might need refrigeration once open.
    • Question: Will this calibration solutions work on any meter or it has to be a Dario meter?

      Answer: It should work with any meter.
    • Question: Why is this so expensive? 1/2 the meter cost to prove it works? Already returned one for accuracy issues...

      Answer: It’s a bad product
    • Question: When i test with control solutions, can i delete the results from my log?

      Answer: The app for this device has a test section in the menu which allows you to conduct a test and not record it as an reading of your levels. As far as I know if u use the test solution while in the regular reading screen it will record it as a reading of your glucose, and those are not able to be deleted

    Device works well but the lancet does not
    The glucose testing seems to work fine. The lancet does not. Sometimes I have to prick my finger three or four times to get enough blood for a test. This means I'm using four test strips. Yes, I have it set on the maximum of 4 but still just barely punctures my skin and it's difficult to get enough blood. Had to purchase an additional lancet.

    Broad test range does not give any clear indication
    The solution comes with two bottles. Level 1 bottle is expected to test in range of 90-140 and level 2 bottle is expected to test in the range of 170-240. Those are really broad ranges of 50 and 70 respectively, meaning the error in the reading could be as much as 70 and still the device is considered by the manufacturer to be working as expected. I bought a new device and got the readings of 148 and 248 respectively, both outside the ranges of the control solution. So even the range of 70 is not adequate and the device may have even more error range. There is a lot of difference between getting a reading of 170 vs getting a reading of 240 - don't think this much variation is acceptable
