Answer: I had a local health shop that made their own which I felt was stronger and did a better job. It went out of business unfortunately so I bought this one. It is ok. I do use it and am thankful to have something but feel it could be stronger I bought two and one leaked out of the bottle during shipment by the roller so I was disappointed in it. The second bottle I have had no issu -

Answer: I don’t see why not. It’s a roll on oil, better than Vicks. I use it when a migraine comes on. It does help. -
