    • Question: How long does this stay cold?

      Answer: It is very cold even when I remove it from my knee after 20 min. The only one that seems colder is marked Thrive. sold as a 2 pack slightly larger than the "coldest water", bur no sleeve included. So I use the sleeve for both brands. Thrive does not go IN the sleeve, just under it. It works fine.
    • Question: Are there replacement gel packs that can be purchased for spares?

      Answer: Didn't see anything about this on package. Try the website by product name.
    • Question: Do you guys use it while working out?

      Answer: Only after working out.
    • Question: How do we purchase additional insert ice packs if we do not need an additional wrap

      Answer: The seller does not sell replacement ice packs. Suggest you buy abother product.
    • Question: What size is the gel pack? I can you buy them separately?

      Answer: We currently do not sell any of the gel packs individually.
    • Question: Is the material latex free

      Answer: Must be because I haven't gotten a rash from it and I am very sensitive to latex
    • Question: Where is the ice insert located in this wrap? I had knee surgery and need something that will form to the entire knee area on top.

      Answer: Thank you for reaching out to us. The ice insert is on the top of the whole knee. No ice on the underneath of the knee just on top.
    • Question: Anyone have a baker's cyst that this worked on well?

      Answer: I had an infection bersitus with cellulitis on my knee and this fit my knee great But it was not good as it's not real cold. I love this company for their water bottle products but this knee product I give thumbs down
    • Question: Does it come with the wrap? Just received it and only received the cold pack, no wrap.

      Answer: Should have been a wrap. You can order an extra pack that must be what you did instead of ordering the one with the wrap
    • Question: What size knee/leg will the Velcro wrap/fit?

      Answer: I have very large, thick/ fat legs. XL.. they fit well. You can adjust them and they stay put. This was something I was concerned about before purchasing. But I have not had any problems with them. I can walk around and they stay put! The best! I'm sure you'd be pleased with the fit.

    Good for Bursitis Pain
    I suffer from bursitis in my knee, and this ice pack wrap has been a game-changer for managing the pain. The compression helps reduce swelling, and the cold therapy provides soothing relief. The only downside is that it takes a bit of effort to adjust the straps properly.

    Effective for Meniscus Tear
    I recently had a meniscus tear and was recommended this knee ice pack wrap. It has worked wonders in providing relief and speeding up my recovery. The wrap is comfortable to wear and the cold therapy is very effective. Definitely worth the investment!

    Great for Knee Pain Relief
    I've been using this knee ice pack wrap for a few weeks now, and it has been incredibly helpful in reducing the pain and swelling in my knee. The compression feature is excellent, and the ice pack stays cold for a long time. Highly recommended!

    Relieves Sprain Discomfort
    I sprained my knee during a workout and immediately started using this knee ice pack wrap. It has been quite effective in reducing the pain and inflammation. The wrap is easy to use and stays securely in place. The only improvement I would suggest is making the ice pack a bit larger.

    Stays cold longer
    The ice pack in it stays cold longer than other gel packs I've used. The fit of the wrap is comfortable and doesn't slide too my ankle when I walk with it on.
