Answer: Feeders are different so hard to give one answer. Larger brush is great for cleaning bottle. Small brush is a bit too big for the flower ports on my feeders. I use cut up pipe cleaners for the small ports. -

Answer: Yes, you could use these brushes to clean your container. They do have a piece of medal over the top of the bristles so you may not be able to press hard against the bottom. The second from the largest brush has more bristles on top which would be able to clean the bottom of your container. -
Question: Would one of the brushes be long enough and thin enough to get near the bottom of a pet (like a rabbit or hamster) drinking bottle?
Answer: To answer your question, I would need to know how long the brush must to be in inches, and how thin as well. I'm not familiar with a small pet drinking bottle. There's one long thin brush in the group. It measures 12.5" from the bottom end of the handle to the end of the twisted steel stem holding the bristles. The diameter of the bristles is 0.5", but that's at rest. Naturally it would be smaller once it was compressed to fit inside a small hole or tube. The bristles stop about 3/16th of an inch from the end of the steel, but could be cut off with a pair of dikes. The steel stem is thin - maybe 1/16th of an inch, perhaps a bit less. With that diameter, the brush is flexible, so it could turn a corner of 45 degrees without difficulty. I don't think it would work on a much larger angle.
