Answer: I use it for waffles or a mini cake, But the recipe cames on the label too , as it follows: Glucotein Brownie Recipe Ingredients: • ½ cup of Glucotein • ¼ cup of coffee • ½ cup heavy cream • 1 ½ of Splenda® • 2 medium eggs • 1.5 oz unsweetened chocolate chip chocolate (Available from NaturalSlim®). • 3 oz of powdered dark chocolate without sugar for the brownie mass • 1 stick or ½ cup unsalted butter • ½ tsp. of salt • 1 tsp. vanilla extract • ¼ tsp. baking powder Procedure: Melt the butter and 3 oz of unsweetened dark chocolate and cool for a few minutes. In a large bowl combine the Glucotein, salt, baking powder, and splenda. Set aside, add the coffee, heavy cream, vanilla, and eggs to the butter and chocolate mixture. Mix the 2 dry ingredient mixes and the liquid ingredient mix until well incorporated. Add the chocolate chips. Place the mixture in a pan lined with parchment paper or greased with butter. Bake at 200 ° F for 50 to 60 min. Let cool completely and taste. -

Answer: It is an excellent product, but I am not aware if it is Soya Free. I recommend this product. -

Answer: Mi consultor me indicó poner una cucharada a la batida de proteína.
