Question: How do I remove the patch? Will it hurt or pull my skin to remove it?

Question: How hot does this get? because i get really bad cramps.
Answer: They don’t really get that hot but they get the job done most of the time. I like them because they are a more natural approach. I used them after I take a hot bath and that way my body is relaxed. They are easy to put on and take off they don’t come off in your sleep or when your clothing rubs against them. But when my cramps are really bad I use prescription lidocaine patches from my ob/GYN. If your cramps are really bad you should talk with your doctor about prescription patches as well. It’s always good to have options. -
Question: Can you use a heating pad/hot water bottle on top of the patch?

Question: Can I wear more than one patch at a time? Can I wear another patch immediately after removing one?
