    Head is 2 inches wide.
    Edit: This is for the 9 inch version with the 2 inch wide head. The head on this is much larger than I expected and renders it unusable for my lady. While the description does state 2 extra inches in length, it wasn't clear to me that the head is also 2 inches wide. It's an incredible size when compared to something like the SM Clearly Ample. You better know your lady (or yourself) before trying this. While both this and the Clearly Ample are TPR, the wall thickness on this one is thinner and so feels slightly softer, more pliable. The fitment on this holds the extender close to the body (average male) and feels secure. Internal diameter is comfortable and feels great honestly. No pinching, unlike the Clearly Ample which tapers inside and pinches the head. If the head were 1 5/8 or 1 3/4, then it would be almost perfect. But take serious note, the head on this isn't likely to work for beginners.

    Don’t listen to negative reviews
    I was skeptical on purchasing due to some negative reviews. I’m 7” and extra thick, it was a little tight getting the balls through but it’s extra stretchy. Getting yourself in the shaft was easy just lube some and stretch the shaft open and thrust in. The wife finished 3 times and probably could of kept going, she loved it and I loved giving her that extra 3”, it was great watching and listening to her while she took the most she’s ever had! Would buy again!
