Question: Is it suitable for toddler 5 years old?
Answer: Probably, the opening is fairly small but very flexible. If your kid is really skinny, it might not be as effective though. -
Question: Will this fit a 12 month old ?
Answer: The one I ordered was for my adult daughter. Not familiar with kid size. If you find a toddler size it should be ok as the opening stretches so you can skip arm into sleeve and fits snuggly. The stretchy opening is silicon I think. Her wound was in her hand so I got the 1/2 skeev
