Question: I’ve heard from fellow hikers that taking garlic pills will ward off mosquitoes/gnats, but if these are unscented, will they still work against them?
Answer: Personally, we take garlic pills to help ward off biting insects and support heart health. I have watched mosquitoes land on my arm and take off. I might get 2 mosquito bites a year , NC if amy. I haven’t noticed any difference between the two. Consuming enough garlic changes the scent of your block. Therefore, don’t like the smell of it. That's what I was told. I also use doTerra essential oils like lemongrass and citronello, etc. -
