      Answer: Unfortunately, KetoSens is currently only selling Strip + Lancet packs as more and more teammates who are completely new to the concept of meters and test strips are joining the team.
    • Question: Do the test strips have an expiration date and what is that after the package has been opened?

      Answer: The individually wrapped KetoSens ketone test strips expire 18 months from the manufacturing date. Opening one KetoSens test strip does not impact the expiration date of the others.
    • Question: How often does the meter need testing with the control solution? Does the solution come with the test strips?

      Answer: The control solution is only used if the meter is giving you inaccurate information. The meter comes calibrated from the factory and should give accurate information for a long time.
    • Question: Why are the ketone test strips 3 times the cost of glucose strips?

      Answer: Ketone test strips are more expensive due to the technology and enzyme within ketone strips, which has been available for a shorter time with less demand.
    • Question: Can you buy test strips only?

      Answer: Not that we are aware of.
