    Very intense with my body weight applied
    I read some reviews before buying this that were mentioning the infinity roll being too soft for them to feel then benefits. This wasn’t at all the case for me, and i have chronic muscle tension in my back, shoulders and neck due to migraines and cervical spine misalignment. In fact my muscles in my traps sometimes feel like bone, and this is something massage therapists have said verbatim. So needless to say, im not a lightweight when it comes to pressure applied to my problem areas. Are use this on my back while laying on my yoga mat. So that it was applying pressure to both sides of my spine. I put myself in bridge pose, and either used my feet or hands to help gain momentum while i used the roll. I absolutely felt the muscles snap, crackle and popping on this. I took several breaks to breathe and relax because of the intensity levels. I dont plan to use this infinity roll on a wall, i have lacross balls for that. I would assume this would be too soft without all of my body weight. But using it on the floor was incredible. I plan to use it for 20 minutes a day to get ahead of the curve on migraines and neck tension causes by the build up in my shoulders.

    Perfect for my needs
    I needed a really soft foam roller that I can put in a small suitcase and this fits the bill. It does not compress too much for me.
