Question: Is this for hypo or hyper?
Answer: Hello- those who are hyper-thyroid should avoid iodine supplements like kelp. On the other hand, kelp, a natural source of iodine, is an excellent supplement for hypo's- like me! Kelp has been part of my supplement routine for years. Highly recommend. -
