    Very convenient
    Did not want to add electrolytes to water, so this is exactly what I needed.

    No results
    There are a few additives in this pill I don’t love combine that with the lack of feeling like taking this is doing anything, this is not something I can recommend. I hope this product works out for others but I am looking into alternative electrolyte solutions at this point. I was hoping not to have to mix my electrolytes into water but I am starting to think it’s the only real solution.

    These are the best electrolytes I’ve found that actually work
    Best part about these is one pill does the trick- if it’s an extra hot day and we swear a ton we might take one in the morning and one at night - jn doing so it’s eliminates morning Charlie horse cramps — I know if I forget to take it!

    May be better than an Energy Drink
    After Hurricane Ian, I've been working outside, assisting neighbors along with clearing my property...which was perhaps the least affected, but still a push for me considering I'm 76. When I take a break, I come in and, along with water, take one of the Electrolyte supplements. After a break, I'm back on task.

    My husband loves these
    Got these for my husband because he was eating carnivore. He noticed a difference the first day he took these. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to even out your electrolytes.
