    • Question: What is the full Ingredients list?

      Answer: Lidocaine 4.0%. Inactive Ingredients: Water, Gycerin, Propylene Glycol, PVP, Sodium Polyacrylate, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Aluminum Glycinate, Kaolin, Polyacrylic Acid, Polysorbate 80, Tartaric Acid, Titanium Dioxide.
    • Question: Why can’t you purchase 5% lidocaine?

      Answer: Family medicine doctor here. 5% is by prescription only but often times not covered well by insurance. I will send in the 5% patches for my patients but if too expensive will have them see if the OTC 4% are more affordable. The small difference in amount of lidocaine is negligible.

      Answer: No. They are very similar to Aspercreme patch
    • Question: Are there 3 packages each containing 5 patches

      Answer: Different suppliers send different quantities. I have received 15 (3 boxes), and last 2 orders only had 5 (1 box)--see unit price, thus I returned them...totally messed up.
    • Question: Are these the exact same patches previous sold as Healthwise brand? Those were the the best at staying put.

      Answer: I don't know about the other brand you mentioned. I was satisfied with my purchase of the Thera Care brand. It stayed in place and provided pain relief.
    • Question: Is this similar to the prescribed lidocaine patches?

      Answer: The Rx patches contain 5% Lidocaine. These OTC patches contain 4% Lidocaine. Thank you
    • Question: Burn N Turn (seller), why aren’t you giving a definitive answer disclosing where these are manufactured?

      Answer: I found that they are manufactured for Veridian Healthcarw, LLC in Gurnee, IL but are made in China.
    • Question: Is this 3 boxes with 5 each for a total of 15 patches? The product description isn't clear.

      Answer: Yes, 5 patches per box. Each patch individually sealed of course. I don't recommend this brand as the patches aren't stiff enough to hold their shape once you peel of the backing! It's nearly impossible to place on on your own back alone, it folds and sticks to itself as you are trying to place it. They do help with pain, so its a shame these patches aren't designed better.
    • Question: Are these the polyester (like fabric) patches or the Mylar (like flexible plastic)?

      Answer: It's a flexible patch
