Answer: The regular box has 6 bars, the Value Pack is 3 boxes with 6 bars in each box for a total of 18 bars. -

Answer: We checked the ingredient list and we also confirm that NO "phosphorus" is listed. -

Answer: The boxes I bought had nine bars each. -
Question: What is the carb count?
Answer: 14 total grams, but 8 grams are sugar alcohol and 1 gram is fiber = 5 net grams of carbohydrate. -
Question: How can these be listed as Gluten free when they are mademin a plant that processes wheat?
Answer: I don't really know specifically, but I can offer that I immediately returned mine because the taste was a 2 on a scale of 1-10. If that helps any. Good luck!
