Answer: The factory default is Fahrenheit, so I did not need to change anything. But these instructions are from the booklet itself but I tried it to be sure it works and it does..... Long press the SET button, press the MODE or MEMO button to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit, then press the SET button to confirm the setting. -
